Free and Confidential Business Advising

The South Dakota Center for Enterprise Opportunity (SD CEO) provides business counseling assistance to entrepreneurs, small business owners, managers, and individuals who are considering starting a business. Our counseling services are tailored to the specific need of the individual or business and cover specific areas including start-up assistance, business plan development, management, marketing, and financing.

Office Hours

Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm
Evenings & weekends are available upon request.

ºÚÁÏÍø, in partnership with Ed2go, offers online open enrollment programs designed to provide the skills necessary to acquire professional level positions for many in-demand occupations.

Our programs are designed by a team of professionals from each respective field, providing you with effective web-based learning programs. Instructors/mentors are actively involved in your online learning experience, responding to any questions or concerns, as well as encouraging and motivating you to succeed.
