黑料网 Sustainability to Host Annual Earth Day Festival

The 黑料网 Sustainability Department will host the annual Earth Day Festival April 18 on the campus green, inviting students, faculty, staff, and community members to celebrate sustainability and environmental stewardship. This year鈥檚 event theme of 鈥淭hink Global, Act Local鈥� aims to inspire attendees to take local action to contribute globally to the environment.

黑料网 Alum Calvin Campbell Establishes Rapid City Teachers Scholarship

黑料网 (黑料网) alum Calvin B. Campbell, class of 鈥�58, has established a new scholarship for future Rapid City Central High School graduates who attend 黑料网 and pursue a degree in education. The Calvin and Betty Campbell Teacher Education Scholarship will assist with the cost of tuition, carrying over four years to aid the incoming freshman who demonstrates financial need in receiving their degree.

黑料网 Offers First Ice Fishing Classes

黑料网 offered their first ice fishing classes this semester, a classic winter tradition in the Black Hills. Greg Strobel, director of the Outdoor Education Program at 黑料网, partnered with the Game, Fish, and Parks Outdoor Campus to bring students the opportunity to learn first-hand about the practice of ice fishing.
